My macbook pro was restarting on a loop and the touch bar wasn't working. Arif was amazing. Fixed the issue within a day and even gave me reasonable replacement options. Would have easily spent double at the apple store. Highly recommend the store for any apple device issues. Professional and have the customers best interests in mind. Unreliable and unprofessional. Got my MacBook repaired from this place as it wasn't charging due to liquid spill. MacBook, after the repair stopped working in 2 months time. When we opened it in an Apple Store (as we were not in india) -found out that most screws missing and the MacBook wasn't repaired properly. Upon confrontation, this service centre first denied that they could have done this (despite the pictures shown) and then again quoted an obnoxious amount to get it repaired stating liquid damage!! The MacBook was given to them for repair only after the liquid damage and now again they are stating the same issue. Never going back

The Apple Store told me I would need to change the whole screen on my iPhone 12 Pro Max to replace the fault speaker and mic. Thankfully I took it to I lounge at Powai instead - and the service engineer there simply cleaned the speaker and the phone
