We went for a dining and the food was so pathetic. Half cooked Masala Dosa served and even Uddina Vada was also not cooked properly. The service guys are more keen in serving the Room guests rather than outsiders who came for Breakfast.

This is a hotel that is popular in Bellary. The rooms are spacious with good amenities. The washrooms need deep cleaning. Alos the quality if water is to be addressed. The restaurants were under renovation. They have banquet halls too. Ample parking. The FD staff need to be more welcoming and smiling, I felt so. For the tariff they need to put efforts , a room was charged 3100 for a night with B&B.

Hotel is good but very worst service and rude responses and careless behaviour from HK staff and reception team also not worry about room service and customers...rooms are not cleaning even I have given the key in reception no one is bothered here.... Very disappointed service even I informed also getting delay in cleaning.... Sorry guys owner or someone should look into this very seriously....

Wasted my money rs.300 for kaju chicken not at all good took parcel in bar n restaurant what kindof mischief behaviour in bar drunken PPL .. please girls don't go there as possible as u can worst

Sitting in the reception - the concierge is extremely rude. we carry our luggage and half items are not there don't come to this hotel. bad towels , broken sink and food is really bad. they have employed north Indian for cheap labour and they don't know anything,. 0/10 stars and worst experience

Very bad experience with this hotel and especially with the reception staff- he was rude and behaved as they customers are peasants. Broken bed and sink and breakfast was so bland and items are hardly there. Too expensive. THE GOOD REVIEWS are fake and just done by the hotel staff themselves. Don't go if you are visiting. Choose something else

One of the best stays in Ballari. Great Room service, spontaneous & courteous staff. Food & Amenities are home like. Loved the 4 day stay.
