This is a fantastic gym. All the equipment's that are available in this gym are well maintained and all the staffs that are working in this gym have very polite and professional behaviour. I would specially like to thank my trainer shams tabrez for helping me to achieve my weight loss goals and I can say that he is the best trainer. Gym is small and ventilation is not that good..But I think it's the best gym for females in this area.. Trainers are awesome .They are really helpful and cooperative..

I have been working out in Iron Fitness for a month now and never been to any gym before. The environment, staff, and trainers all are very nice here. Especially I want to thank Trainer "Shams Tabrez", he has been a constant support and very professional. I came to iron fitness underweight and within a month I have gained 5kgs. I would highly recommend iron fitness to gym freaks.

Gym with best equipments and awesome atmosphere.. Training quality of this gym makes all the difference.. Each member gets adequate attention. I've been to Mutant and Gold but the quality of training is extremely high in Iron Fitness.. If you ever have a doubt just come and join for a week. I could feel the difference in my body within a month.

Review after one month of training. I am working out under guidence of trainer Nadeem Bhaiya.. Changes in body weight is clear visible..lost around 3kg. In my opinion, this is the best Gym in the locality. It has all the required equipment and workforce which you would require for a casual workout. It has good hygiene and ambience. Trainers are good in knowledge and experience. I am under the mentorship of Trainer "Shams Tabrez".He professional and dedicated. He gives his best efforts to make understand the different exercises and techniques of gyming. He looks to be experienced and deeply motivated. I'm quite satisfied with his methodologies, practices and way of teaching. Lastly, like every other place it has cons too. There is no dedicated parking, If you come via bike or motorcycle, you may need to park on the foothpath (as main road is narrow). The place is not that big but at most times it is not overcrowded. The cost is bit on a higher end than its competitors but with all the facilities (Lockers, bath, ACs, equipment, ambience) it is worth every penny. P.S: My recommendation for a beginner who intends to get in fit shape is a YES to this place.

Before joining the gym My Heavy weight was approx 80 kg. After one month I hv lost my 7kg weight in under guidens of One & only Sham Sir.I do not follow any type of diet,any types of protein's.I focused only one Sham sir instructions.I heartly thankfull to Sham sir for giving me a good personality.He is very friendly & more supportive trainer.Gym equipments are also in good condition and owner & staff are very good behaviours.once again a big thanks to Sham sir.

I just love this gym .. After joining this i think this is the best gym near me.....if you want to enroll here. then join without worring of anything. Trainers r too good specially nadeem sir nd shams sir ... They make you feel comfortable nd give full attention during workout....nd equipmnts r too good nd enough for you to loose or gain.... Nd staff members r also very kind nd friendly nature... Nd personal trainer shabaz sir is also take full attention during this..... nd very much helpful.. Nd make you feel good ...
