One of the best Gym in Gangtok. Jerry sir is very dedicated towards his clients. All staff are very friendly. My experience was good in this gym. I highly recommend everyone if you are looking for a good gym.

Good equipments and very good dedicated trainers .Trainers focus on the overall development of the body with advise on good eating habits .Gym has a very lively and friendly environment with good music system and the gym owner is always ready to help with our queries. Hoping to see positive changes with consistency and help from my trainer .

Arguably the best gym in town, people are friendly as hell and the elders there that have been working out since years will treat you as your own brother or sister and will help you with diet, lifts and give you wisdom nuggets for a whopping cost of 0rs. No fat shaming goes around here and instead everyone there encourages and helps you with losing weight. Trainers are also extremely friendly and helpful, they will immediately notice if you're doing some exercise wrong and will then help you correct the form so you don't injure yourself. Price is also the best in town when compared to various other gyms.

The reason why I am giving five stars to Iron Pump Sweat Shop. 1. They have all the equipment you will need First thing you look in a gym is the equipment. They have it all (atleast as much as I know). Weights, Machines and stuffs for crossfit as well. 2. The staff are really helpful and supportive The trainers helped me make my regiment and gave me tips on what to eat and what to avoid. I got a foundation on how training your works. 3. They helped me loose weight (like a lot!!!) This is the best reason I have. Just follow what they say, ask your doubts. Eat healthy and exercise, you will shed some weight too. Just go there start training and make it a habit. The gym is really comfortable with a nice vibe. Will visit it again once I am there. Cheers!

He is an amazing trainer, he is so dedicated to his work, when you are taking personal training he makes sure that he gives his best and he pays high attention to what the person is doing and how he/she is doing the exercise. He suggest everyone as in how the exercise should be done. Sunil sir is so perfect when it's about training. He is a very good trainer in the gym and is so passionate about his job, he also gives Pilate classes. Thumbs up to your work sir.
