Iron Paradise Gym Goregaon west - Gym in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

Read the review fully and carefully: You should avoid this gym, because If you start going here, be prepared to be addicted to working out. I used to skip gym earlier because it wasn't "fun" and there were no real goals to follow. I was also doing workouts with bad form. But in Iron Paradise, the environment is extremely refreshing. The trainers and the owners(lovely couple, both hardcore fitness professionals with competitive wins) are very, very encouraging. Pricing is very competitive, much cheaper than similar "Brand Name" gyms which have lesser facilities. For beginners like me: the trainers and staff here are almost clinical about proper technique and form, all while being extremely supportive. I had opted for PT which I found worth, rupee for rupee. For the pros: you'll find everything you need here(based on the conversation with some fellow members). Best part is, its not like Dadar station, you can do your workouts with peace as its a bigass gym. One more thing, I've read some negative reviews about this gym with stuff like lack of water and other things. The pics in those review are of a gym in Mira Road with the same name lol. That's what made me unsure about the gym, dekha to samjha ki ye wo nahi hai. Space: 9/10 Equipments: 10/10 Trainers: 10/10 Pricing: 9/10 Location: 8.5/10

IMHO, Best gym in vicinity. Kind owners and Good trainers so u can't do things wrong. Plus it's open on Sundays and till mid night on weekdays which is a big plus. My first time doing chin pull ups, first time building muscle at 40 ;)

The gym has excellent equipments and always has a good atmosphere to work out. Equipmets in the gym are timely updated for better experience. All the trainers are very helpful and supportive. Specially Prathamesh sir who stays late till 12 am in the gym and is always ready to help.

My body structure and strength has improved alot after join this gym and the trainers here are very good and friendly.loved the gym

The gym is fantastic- good equipments, very helpful trainers, clean and well maintained and good music too. It is run by a very friendly couple who are experts in fitness and workouts. They keep upgrading the equipment's from time to time and are always available to help when needed. I would totally recommend this gym.

Beautiful and equipped gym with corporative trainers who motivate you every single time to step ahead towards your goal . Atmosphere and people are too friendly. Lovely ambience.
