I joined here before 6 months for weight gain, the trainer of the gym trained me with good care and in positive manner ... The trainer gave good diet routine which doesn't affect my regular food routine... It's a good fitness centre in karamadai circle, better recommented centre for everyone...

I was 96kg and feel guilty to approach gym. But when I meet MR.Nishanth my trainer he encourage and motivate me well. Based on his motivation I reduced 5 kg in a month. I am with iron man gym last 7 months..The thing what I am satisfied is, it's not been commercial... Training, follow ups is something that i felt different when compared to my previous places of workout... Individual attention, motivation made me feel comitted and I am really happy that I have got more than that I expected...Good changes in physic, increased efficiency, etc and much more could be added to the list...Being satisfied, my sister is also a member of iron man gym...Happy for you master and wishes to go beyond the present in very mere future...
