This is a fantastic gym(IRON LIFTERS)!! the trainers are nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout.Motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging, Everything is so clean, every trainer closely watches and corrects everyone's form.I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It's great! I feel good!
Iron lifters 0.3 is a good fittness gym and more over I have changed very much nd very well trained trainer we get here, items r well maintained nd good motivation we get here.. I just want to suggest that if any one interested in gym freak concert to it..Tqsm..
