Today was my first day and it was a nice experience and gym trainers(sir) I don't know the name but was very friendly and he guided me very well over all good environment. Currently my legs are painning but it was a very good experience.
It's a good gym. The best part is there are no time constraints, the gym is very well equipped. If someone is looking for some decent workout with a good ambience this is the place.
