Thank you Coach Bhaskar for getting me do what I couldn't ever think of. Great experience, best workouts. Most importantly, the emphasis is always on getting the best out of one and to help the person be a next version of himself or herself. The Coach always trys to push your limits. He doesn't mind you failing doing. Faili and understand what failed, work on the corrections told by the Coach, shed ones ego when corrected and then the results will show up. The maximum weight I did on weighted squats till a month ago was only 60 kg. Today I did 120 kg!!! Thanks Coach
