2.5/5 - For beginners, this is not the right gym. Let me tell you the truth about the gym: in the first few days, even the trainers were guiding me when I went at night. However, after a few days of going in the morning, they stopped guiding me and I am on my own. I would like to mention that the equipment is really good, and I took a 3-month package for 2500 rupees. With my own home diet, I lost 5 kgs. When I asked for a diet chart, they asked for an additional 400 rupees. Now, the gym has started offering personal training, which is good. However, when I joined, the person said I would be properly monitored. Also, it seems that those who have been doing gym for a long time receive proper attention. This is my point of view it may differ for others

This is one of the best Gym i have ever seen near my location. I joined here since last weak and all the trainers and the owners are well mannered and guided us at needs.. Best wishes grow old ...

The gym has very beautiful interior , well organized , ultra modern equipments, very neat and tidy and very good ambience to workout ,Management is top notch. I am a person who is very passionate about fitness and performing heavy compound movements and what better person could I ask for other than my trainer Snehan to polish my skills in all these she explains and demonstrates all these movements in an in depth Scientific approach but uses very user friendly language to do so she puts in a lot of effort to perfect my techniques and I am very grateful to have a trainer like her she encourages me to workout when I feel a bit down and even cheers me up after a less productive day at the gym ; I would recommend each and every one to approach her and take training from her to take a step further towards your fitness goals.
