Place is filled with so many happy faces due to the professional training they get from this place. Everyone have their own fitness goals and it varies from each person, but the trainers in here keep up with those challenges and help to achieve our fitness goals if we are following their instructions and attending the gym on a daily basis. Nowadays in the evening there is little bit of rush may seen, but in morning there is always a lot of room to train.

I have joined this gym 3 months back and the best thing i have felt here is the training aspect. The trainers are very supportive and have good knowledge about workouts.well equipped and hygienic gym.They really pay attention to the needs of members individually.Totally it is comfortable and right place to work out..

Best gym in varapuzha.Qualified and experienced trainers.The trainers also analyses our improvement weekly.After 4 months of training in this gym I can feel the change in my body,I have been more muscular and healthier than I was before. Also the gym so hygienic. We can't see any damages on the equipments ,they have been serviced and cleaned time to time. Natural fitness is one of the most important thing here.
