Clean, excellent range of equipment, staff are so welcoming to newbies and make sure you start off right - advising which equipment should be used for which fitness goals. All body types represented in this gym, it's secure with the personalised code. The best thing is they really care about their costumers and you always find value for your money when the owner is hungry for the business. Really friendly trainers who push you to your limit every session. Hope to see you here !

Wrost gym environment , rude behaviour I visited for enquiry they behave like rowdy people they don't have sence to talk guys i suggest don't go for iron fitness gym it's totally wastage of money after join the gym they will not entertain you , at the same time they will convince for personal trainer , their motive is just business nothing serious about any mamber work out goal Wrost gym of my life
I would have given this place a single star or zero star rating but since the equipment is top notch, it gets that extra star. Apart from that, the trainers are a bunch of noobs with an air of attitude. I don't know what the guys over there are trying to prove but they just aren't friendly or bothered with the clients. A couple young trainers seem to only care about the female clients, you know the special treatment for the ladies! Also, you can't work out on your own, no matter what, you might be a pro weightlifter but you will not be allowed to work out on your own, do as the trainers say only! This i find to be absolutely ridiculous. But enough negatives, for a beginner this might be your go to place, the trainers know what they are doing exercise wise, and will set you on the right path. This place is for someone who is looking for the personal training and guidance. If only they can improve on their negatives, this place has potential.
Great place.... great trainers, flexible timing.....sells protein shakes too...also has all the necessary equipment, separate timings for ladies available..... great place to work out, air conditioned and carpeted floors.....loved it

The Gym atmosphere is awesome and the trainers are very always helpful and ready to guide you for the workouts schedule. All the machines and equipments are working smoothly. There are lots of equipments and machines are there for the core muscles.
