best choice I've made for my fitness journey.. very friendly team who make me actually want to go for workout. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. The workouts are fun, the fellow members are inspiring the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. The music is blaring and the atmosphere is awesome. I have been working out here for past 4 months and I should definitely say that Iam happy to see changes in my body and also being flexible enough . Also now Iam really enjoying going to Gym and working out . The trainers here Arun chettan and Rajesh chettan are very well experienced and train us in specific way so that it really benefit us . The training schedule they have for each individual is different and effective . I will suggest this place for everyone .
