Location - Near Chai Break, opposite to Girish Park Domino's. Timing - 6 A.M. - 11 P.M. Now to start with my experience in the Gym after spending 6 months. Here are my thoughts Pros - 1. I had an incredible experience at this gym. The location is ideal, nestled in a convenient spot with easy access. 2. The gym's ambiance is fantastic, with well-maintained equipment. What truly elevates this gym experience is the exceptional personal trainer, [Rocky]. 3.Rocky is absolutely amazing! His expertise and dedication to helping clients reach their fitness goals are unmatched. His positive attitude is contagious. Rocky goes above and beyond to ensure you're on the right path to achieving your fitness aspirations. Apart from Rocky the gym has a total of 4 trainers. Jerry (Piku) is also equally knowledgeable and are having a good expertise of the Gym and the equipments. Cons - 1. The Gym is not too big and is not spacious at all. 2. The Air Conditoners doesn't work all the time. 3. Most of the crowd comes at the Evening time, and because of limited space every equipments are equipped and there might be a good amount of waiting time, so make sure you have ample time in your hands. 4. Morning time is crowded until 9.30 A.M. post that the Gym does not have much crowd coming until 5. Conclusion - This gym provides the perfect environment for anyone looking to improve their health and fitness. Although it's not very spacious but seeing the location and in the price in which I took the subscription I'm quite happy with the Gym. Also, with Rocky (or any other Personal Trainer) guiding you, you'll not only enjoy your workouts but also see remarkable results.
This is the most amazing place to workout, the best gym in North Kolkata. Great ambience , well equipped machines and the trainers are very humble, polite and friendly. Every individual will get the best guidance in their fitness journey here. If you want to start your fitness journey, this is your go to place without a second thought.Last 15 days almost I am working out under Brandan. A great place for keeping a physique up-to-date with recent trends. You might wanna blow off some evening steam or get into hardcore bodybuilding, there's something for everyone. A wide variety of instruments are present. We can choose supervised or unsupervised training. Staff are cordial and helpful. The trainers really know their stuff. Above all, the ambience really throws your mind to a jumpstart, even if I'm having a bad day.
The gym is good but what makes it the best is their trainer...A special thanks to Rocky bhaiyaa...I take PT from him and due to his enormous knowledge and good training skills in just 3 months I can see the changes
