Good gym with all types of machines for work out, treadmill etc. Good trainers. Affordable also. 800Rs per month for weight training and 500 Rs per month for cardio. Which is great! It's been two months and feeling fit already.

I joined here for a healthy habit like anyone else. But now I have a new healthy lifestyle rather than a habit. My purpose was belly fat loss and muscle gain and it is going well now with the help of the diet guidelines and workout instructions provided by the trainers in the gym. The trainers are so friendly in nature and have good knowledge in this fitness field. The infrastructures are also best in class and they always keep it in proper hygiene and cleanliness. In my experience, visible changes came in my body after 2 months of joining this gym. Just changed my lean body with a fatty belly to a moderately muscular structured body now, still going and progressing in fat loss and muscle gain. I prefer the evening shift for those who are going for 8 hours works. Morning shift is also available.
