Irish Pub - Night club in Shillong - East Khasi Hills, India

My wife and I enjoyed the evening. Good music, good ambiance, nice cocktail (Shillong Sling) and excellent food ( baked fish, mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables) were made & served so well. Special thanks to Shilpa and Steve for their smiles, service and hospitality.Over all excellent experience.

There is no DJ floor is there. Still you can enjoy rocking music during Saturday night. Interior is nice and calm. If you want to spend some evening time in and around polo bazaar this is a better place. Happy hours also there upto 6PM daily. Just reserve your seats if you are more in strength. Price is high as this is a five star rated property. So just have fun.

I would give zero star to this place. Visited with family a few days ago. Had an extremely bad experience. It was Saturday evening. There was shortage of staff for some reason. Only one lady was catering to everyone. She tried her best to cater to everyone but it's not possible for one person to do everything. She told us the staff was diverted towards some important guest that was in the hotel. Are the rest of the guests not paying?? (And, we paid a hefty bill, BTW) If that was the case, why didn't the hotel management simply close the pub for that day. Moreover, whatever we ordered was not available, the starters were never served, apparently they forgot! The main course was cold and horrible to taste, clearly stale. A group was creating quite a lot of noise affecting the experience of others. Extremely disappointed.

Good place, good food.

The service was great. The food wasn't that tasty. French fries that we ordered was half fried. Now to the drinks - other drinks beside cocktails (horrible) menu was good. The bar was clean. The music was loud at our fist visit and the sofa was very very uncomfortable. Price was high.

Went to this place for some live music. Disappointed from the start as we had to pay cover charges which is acceptable, but there was literally no service. Pretty much everything was expensive. The live music never started and we were there for about 2 hours. Had to leave as we had a flight to catch and had to rest a bit. Seating arrangement isn't great either.

Lovely F&B and lovely hosts. I'd recommend the peach wine. The location is a bit confusing, it's inside the hotel in the ground floor. Don't think there is parking.

Typical Irish pub..
