Iris - The Business Hotel - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

We enjoyed staying here! The rooms were reasonably clean. Buffet Breakfast had sufficient choices. The staff are all very helpful and friendly! The location is awesome.... we can walk anywhere in the city.... lots of good food close by too ! Will definitely return !

Horrible service i stayed there for three month laundry guy ruined my sweat shirt n didn't get back even fer month of communication I chase on what's app to there is no response. In breakfast u will get additional ingredients cockroach free as complimentary. Fruits with flies and promises with lies that u will get in 3 days at ur home ur swear shirt it's been more then month no update after customer left hotel is least bothered to acknowledge or tell me about ruined sweat shirt. Just don't acknowledge customer when they stay even respect n acknowledge when they leave pathetic experience never recommend this to my friends or family. Swimming pool is another level of unhygienic place stinks like hell dirty can't stay in pool for few minutes there no hygiene in towels were dusty and duve u get with holes pillow are there with moles on it. Bathroom taps doesn't work well.

The rooms are spacious considering the prime location of the property. The hospitality at the hotel was great. The room service and in room dining are fast and good. The best thing was the roof top restaurant with a pool. With the cool Breeze outside, you are sure to have an absolute delight dining here Linen was clean and fresh. Bath room with all necessary amenities.

This is hands down my favourite hotel in Bangalore. Stayed here many times before and I find myself preferring Iris over other bigger and more expensive hotels. They score a full 5 star in every department whether it be housekeeping, food, service quality in terms of materials used, courteousness and professionalism of the staff, amenities provided, etc. It's hard to find fault with this hotel. All this at a price that is no doubt economical for the above mentioned experience they provide. The location, Brigade Road is as central a location can be with most things that you need at accessible distances. Restaurant Chef Pillai opened recently at Iris and that's one of the many reasons to stay at this hotel. Safe to say this is just about the only hotel i recommend to anybody who asks me where to stay in Bangalore.

Stayed at this hotel for a few days with family. Absolutely top-notch service, very courteous staff especially Ayaz Naushad who's handling Guest Relations. The hotel is quite nicely managed, very accommodating for any special requests which made the experience very satisfying. Being in Brigade Road, the hotel's proximity to the commercial district is quite helpful for quick shopping sprees and access to restaurants. The rooms are not very large but reminiscent of hotels with higher star ratings in terms of quality and neatness with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast is on the roof-top alongside the pool where you can enjoy the beautiful Bangalore weather as well. Food is also excellent! They have Chef Pillai cuisine in-house where business lunches/dinners can happen! Don't forget to try Fish Nirvana there! All in all a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat!

Iris- A fantastic hotel at the prime location in Bengaluru, Nearest to the world famous Brigade road and the nicest pubs in the city. Staff is courteous, rooms are fantastic, food is fine and the swimming pool at the roof has cleanest water. Love it!!

Amenities - PVR movie theater, Garuda mall, Rex mall , Brigade road Overall the rooms were large, immaculate, and nicely decorated. There was a wide selection of delicious alternatives at the breakfast buffet! The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were at ease.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Iris The Business Hotel. comfortable rooms, attentive staff, convenient location, and business-friendly amenities made it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
