Beware of scammers using the IRCTC location as a bait. As in many places in Delhi, in the International Tourist Bureau there are many scammers nearby. In our case, when we arrived to the place to get tickets, it was closed and 2 guys told us they were IRCTC workers (lie) and that there was an IRCTC office where they could assist us. They took us to the place in the photo ("Booking office"), where they tried to charge us for train tickets four times more expensive than the real price. Be very careful, these people have no soul!
I visit this office two time, But not response proper. Staff is very bad at ernakulam Junction and Town. My ticket not print. I don't believe that's type of staff in Indian railway.
This is the only REAL place where you can buy tickets. Don't listen to anyone outside telling you otherwise as they are all SCAMMERS. They will pretend they are you friend or brother and take you to their SCAMMY place.
