IRCTC Food Plaza - Fast food restaurant in Nagda - Ujjain, India

Food is not being served hot for available dishes like rice, daal, chapati etc. Person on counter will not bother about complains. You will have to ask for bill twice and you may face problems with digital payments.

It's a OK place. They usually do not give bill unless one asks for it so make sure you ask for the bill. The fellows also try to sell you products above MRP so one needs to be careful about that too

I ordered a thali which has enough amount of food but the quality or taste of the food was very pathetic... No taste at all. The dal was looking like boiled water and aloo sabzi was also tasteless. The paneer sabzii had no paneer in it and on the name of raita, they served plain curd that too was tasting bitter. All in allz the 3 stars are only for the quantity, otherwise i didn't see any hygiene measures, no head caps

Very nice place in the vicinity of railway station. Good quality and hygienic food is now available here due to the railway ministry's efforts. Variety of foods and proper seating place, tables add up to the quality of this food plaza . Good to go !

You may order your food online by this IRCTC Food plaza service, it's a good initiative by railway, after BJP government in 2014, we can watch many customer services are given by various government departments and railway is one of them...

Raipur food plaza This is the best food plaza I have ever been to the ambience the food quality everything was just perfect and fresh, the staff was polite and the rates were also genuinely ok, the best part is they have a separate floor for non vegetarians so vegetarians go on hassle free and enjoy your meals

Better then old food stall.... atleast we can eat something better and at affordable rates.. I suggest these types of food plaza must be installed at every railway station...

Price is high and Quality of food items available here is not good. Inspection should be made by responsible authorities from time to time.
