Very unhygienic at first sight, limited menu options and very unclean interiors. Problematic as ceiling was broken and fallen at one corner. Table cleaning request was completed after 10-12 mins and multiple requests. 60% menu items are unavailable. Not very viable option.
Very bad experience. Purchased petha and peda on 06 Nov 2022 at 1210 hrs. But found fungus in peda after sitting in train. Totally waste of money. Will never prefer again

It was one of the worst and horrifying experience till I have ever came across. First l have purchased kachori from here and its taste and quality was way lower than it should be After this I complained them about quality of kachori but they ignored and acted like heard nothing. Then when I was enquiring about rate of 'petha' and it's taste ....I already told them about half kg and asked them if they can provide a little bit for taste , they agreed and opened large box and gave us one out of it. After completing , they told us you have to take whole box of 1 kg because we opened it. But we were denying and in between they forcefully 100 rupee from my hand and told me bring 80 rupee more and you have to take whole packet. Now I was not interested and told them to return my money. But they were not ready to give it back . Finally after 15 -20 minutes of arguing they gave me only 70 in return and my train was about to leave so I boarded without thinking much .
Worst service. I paid for Mahataja , Tea Thali and Aloo paratha. They failed to serve aloo paraatha for more than hour even after three reminders. I left without taking paratha as I had to catch my train. I did not take refund for they will feel some Shame but they were still not serious.
