IRCTC FOOD PLAZA - Fast food restaurant in Thrissur - Thrissur, India

A neat restaurant inside the railway station. I had lunch when I came here. It was average and I really didn't like it. Service is excellent. There are sufficient number of chairs

Food quality is below par. Service is pathetic. The plate in which food was supposed to be served was not clean. I asked the waiter to give me another plate, she took my plate away went kept it on the counter for a couple of seconds then came back with same plate without cleaning it and told me that she replaced the plate. Just go outside and have some good food rather than having food from here.

Even though the shop was closing, they managed to give me Chapathi & Mixed Vegetable Curry. The Food was Average. But Neat Compared to other outlets in the station.

I have ordered Chicken Dum Biryani from the Irctc Nonveg Restaurant,Thrissur inside the Thrissur Railway Station.The food that they were served is very tasty (especially the date pickle is awesome and I liked the chicken dum biryani very much),very good working personal (waiter) served the food in a good and clean manner.As my point of view,I can give a high grade to the food and service Regarding with the atmosphere, first of all the area is very conjusted and is crowded always, we can't able to sit properly in the chair.And one more thing washing area is not separated from the eating area,4 chair with the table is arranged near to the washing area.Unfortunately,I got that seat for eating and I don't have any other option (seats are filled) due to overcrowding in the restaurant.

Limited seating, should wait for some time to get seat. Food has less quantity. Rush atmosphere.

Place is neat and clean,food is excellent here,it has to be maintained further .

Just ok
