IRCTC Food Plaza - Fast food restaurant in Jaipur - Jaipur, India

Overall experience is very very dissatisfying! The food that was served here was below average in taste. You will have better tasty stuff in local vendors compared to this! Hospitality was kind of feeling neglected because nobody cares about your comfort. 2 ACs were not working at that time and fans were static at their places, no rotation for other tables. Kindly avoid this if you do not want to spoil your experience. It would be better if you eat something from local shops situated on the platform. Thanks!

Atmosphere was good, but there has self Service to customer. IRCTC has a Branded Name, has mainly dominated in Rail sector, so if foreigners and visitors from different states of India comes to it, they have to be their best. So we can remember that IRCTC has given us too delicious food. I have ordered Pizza, was not olives, and other stuff, just simple Cheese toping with 4-5 pieces of Paneer, which cost around Rs 220, including tax for 6 inches. Also it was just normal as taste, Coffee also not good.

Hi friends, I Went to RCTC Food Plaza Jaipur and I am sharing my experience there. The quality of fruit and juice is not good. As far as veg food is concerned, the test is ok but the service is too bad. There is no response towards the customer problem. The manager is also not responsive, he is having a casual attitude towards any complaint. They don't serve what they show on the menu. Like if you order kadahi paneer you will get only grevy without paneer. My experience is too bad. If you are having the same issue pls comment.

Not good. I ordered veg fried rice and poori sabji. Fried rice was not good at all, full of sauces with sour taste and chilly pwdr all over and half boiled rice. Poori sabji was Ok kind. I can't recommend this place.

The place is pathetic. Staff is not listening you. ACs are there but for the show off only. The food quality is also not upto the mark. Food is tasteless. Flies and mosquitos are roaming here and there. Only coffee is good. Rest everything is desaster. Will not suggest anyone to visit this place.

Almost all restaurants tried nearby railway station but the best choice of mine is in the railway station . IRCTC Foodplaza platform 1 . Each and every person should try here . Yes price is slightly rise from economic range. I tried here chole bhature @ 110 rupees . They also have too much varieties like pav bhaji, economic thali 130 , chole chawal, idli sambhar, dosa , Paratha, special thali & lots of you are tire to count them their dishes.

My report card: Taste: 3/5, Service: 0/5 Ambiance: 3/5, Cleanliness: 2/5 Value for money: 2/5 This should follow the order ticketing system as used in Dominos outlets.

On pretext of hurry of departing train, they didnt complete items...they gave us onion pieces in place of paneer dish
