Service was good, but need to focus. But they need to focus on Table's were untidy They charge 224 for entry but you will feel u have wasted money. Washrooms were clean but there is 2 shower rooms, at a time only 2 person can go Long waiting. Charging facilities is also not available Food was good. Very congested toilets. Very slow water was coming from tap And the taps were, feels like it will come in hand. . . . . . thanks

It's my 3rd time here. Food is below average. Ambiance is good they have multiple seating arrangements. Water was not available for 2 hours in my last visit. So if you have to wait for few hours then only pay for the service and don't don't pay for the food it's not worth.

I visited here at 11PM on Diwali, complementary Coffee and tea from machine was ok washroom is not cleanSofa don't have charging port nearby to charge phone or MacBook, As temperature was low so they didn't turn on AC, No recliner, felt like You should yourself take care of belongings inside too. Overall if you want to avoid Chaos in Station you can relax here with 224Rs (including tax)for 2 Hour per pax.

Dirty tables. Files are roaming on the table. Video attached. No food between 11AM to 12:30 PM. If you have to catch a train then you have to return hungry. Very pathetic experience. At least they should have given some snacks instead of sending back hungry .

It is good place if any one has to wait for more than 3hours in New Delhi station. Lounge of platform 16 is spacious, ambience is good but toilets are not well maintained, specially toilet attachments are not working properly. First floor toilets are out of service because of pipeline damages.

Went to PF16 Lounge for Quick Break and Shower. Had a very bad experience even after paying 200 + GST for shower. Washroom was very dirty, used soaps from previous occupants were still lying there. Bucket was massively dirty with small pebbles floating inside it.Shower tab handle was almost broken. In short 1/5 star experience just for the shower part In case anyone wants to take shower around NDLS, please opt for cheaper options just outside the station. The resting area was fine with comfortable seats and wifi. Even though i didn't opt for Lunch but the whole setup looked quite good and hygienic. Very much close to food setup in Platform 1

Stayed here before our train departure. Absolutely horrible experience. Staff do not care to help. Many of the reclining chairs in the deluxe area do not work as advertised. And they place smells poorly of insecticide. Bathrooms are filthy. We did not get any food or water. Do NOT stay here at night. It's extremely unsafe, gross and not worth what they are charging. The services they offer are not what you actually get, they are extremely misleading.
