The staff very cooperative and provide all the information both offline and tele communication.
Most of the Indian trains are still very dirty. Even 1st class AC was terrible. I travelled from Badnera to Secunderabad in 3tier AC via Hisar SC express train and the experience was very bad. I thought 1AC would be the best, but it was terrible when reviewed. The Interior and exterior of this train was worst and the toilets were dirty like hell. I would never recommend Indian railways to anyone.

IRCTC employees are more interested to do they personal work instead of solving passenger queries. They spend over 3 hours to book a package for tirupati.
