Worst clinic staff. Worst experience . Inhuman nature. Waited there for around one hour when they promised 10mins. Pathetic service. Doctor must be aware how are handling patients. Completely commercial. I had to return back without getting the treatment. Also the guy at the reception happily asking to go giving the refund.

I have been there for my skin issue as one of my frnd suggested.. now my pimple problem is resolved and now i go there for hydra facial which i wanted to get it done since long but Dr.Nikhil Reddy suggested me for only creams and tablets till i get rid of my main problem.. by this i understood that he is not at all commercial and very loyal to his work. The staff is also very polite. I strongly recommend Ira skin and hair clinic.. Thank-you doc for making me look this beautiful

Very disappointing experience I recently visited this clinic for a medical issue, and my experience was quite disappointing. The initial visit was marred by confusion over payment, leading to an inconvenient call while I was with my family, requesting me to return and settle the fee they mishandled. Despite following the doctor's advice for a two-week course of medicine, the issue persisted, prompting a follow-up visit. However, upon returning, I encountered a discourteous receptionist named Pratibha, who not only failed to address the unresolved matter but also insisted on another consultation fee payment. The lack of resolution and the unwarranted additional charge, coupled with the rude behavior from the receptionist, left me dissatisfied with the overall service.

My experience at the clinic was really bad, mainly because of two ladies at the reception. One of them even commented saying, "You'll only get results if you give money", when there was no conversation going on combining both the aspects. This made me question the quality of the clinic's staff. The other lady receptionist gave a negative comment with her negative expression, that she mouth murmured, when I asked her to excuse me for few minutes since I had an urgent call. Those staff's had made it such an unpleasant experience. It felt like the clinic cares more about making money than taking care of patients, especially during follow-up visits recommended by doctors. I hope the management takes a closer look at this behavior and ensures the clinic is focused on helping patients, not just making money.
