Rooms were quite spacious and smelled good, the hotel is right next to apna dhaba and quite close by to airport, so it's ideal location if u want to stay close to airport before flying. We ordered room service, tomato ananus soup and dryfruit sheere both really were pleasantly delicious. Brunch option is only available on weekends so couldn't try it.

The whole room was wet when I woke up! I paid 12k for maybe the worst hotel I have ever ever stayed in. I don't even know how the floor could be so wet. My clothes were damp. Oh the sheets oh my god! There was dust accumulated. The bathrooms are a joke. I mean for the price? Even cheaper hotels don't have wet floors. I won't blame the staff but the corporate should either put more money into this hotel or close it down cos it's a big scam! I would like to rate it negative 5. Please find another hotel and stay away from this massive scam.

This is one of the most pathetic experiences I had staying in a hotel! Horrible experience started with check- in and continued till next day check-out! As I checked in, room door was broken, toilet was extremely dirty and unhygienic and I took an hour to get this fixed after several calls to reception and duty manager! First hour after check in , I spent an hour with hotel staff and duty manager in night, bar manager gave me another tough time as they argued endlessly! 10k for night with this worst experience, you can imagine by what kind 4 star hole is this! Never ever stay in this place!

Very refreshing hotel in the busy area of andheri. Definately recommended. Rooms quite big with all facilities like Iron and Iron table, Desk setup. The views from room windows is really good. Breakfast was shows topper. They provide wide variety of dishes. Staff was very curious and helpful. Big yes for the business stays.

This is a hotel that has seen better times but struggling to maintain them. Having stayed at an Orchid many years ago I had high hopes. The proximity to T2 is a plus, it's about a km+ away. However was quite disappointed by the maintenance and service that does not do justice to its 4 star tag. Although the architecture and design originally is high class the maintenance seems to have suffered. Had gone with family, They seem to have some issue with their HVAC which was resulting in very high humidity and making the floors moist even after cleaning. Some places in the corridor were dripping and they had actually kept buckets on the floor at places to collect the dripping water. In one room there was actually condensation of water making the floors wet and sticky even after we constantly wiped with a towel. Though we brought it to the notice of reception they were unable to do anything till we checked out. I had a not so nice experience with security also who were a bit rude that I had a parcel of food even though it was take away from the restaurant in the same hotel itself. Won't like to visit again. On the positive side the choice shop had excellent food ambience and service.

As I mentioned Wrost rooms, basic amenities like tap in baicin and flush in the toilet were not properly working. Even when we order extra paid water bottle it tooks more then 15 min to deliver in room. Only thing which was good during our stay was only breakfast, if it was not there I would have given NEGATIVE ratings for my stays. Even the management person doesn't bother about checking that we had booked 3 rooms for a total 8 members and each room had house keeping for only one member, Wrost among the Wrost experience.

Worst hotel we have stayed in. Rooms were damp and leaking as was the hallway. Staff did nothing to rectify the situation nor were they helpful. They were happy to ignore you and lie there management is not in the building when clearly he was. Paid significant amount for rooms that were unhabitable. We got ill as a result

Amazing... Amazing concept. Really loved the hotel and the ambience. People are really helpful. Food is good, and not very expensive. This hotel offers indoor pool side restaurant too. Overall, had a great experience.
