4 of us got vaccinated on Jul 2 & 3. We just had to wait for 5 -10min. The front desk staff very courteous, got our registration seamlessly. Coordinator who was managing the crowd was polite n courteous, handled senior citizens very well. Overall I am very happy n thanks iQure team. We look forward to receive 2nd dose in a month's time here.
I had an appointment for vaccination today but came to know that they have not received the supply. I don't know what is happening? I can also see that some hospitals suddenly get slots and are closed and removed from the list suddenly. Sir, those who already have booked the slots, will they get priority once the vaccination opens up in your center? I will update the stars based on what happens next.
Process of vaccination was fast. Prior to me already 10 people had been vaccinated as per the list for the day. I was the 11th. There was still vaccine left in the same vial even though 10 people were already vaccinated and some amount left after giving vaccine to me as well. When asked the nurse about this, she said she brings 2 doses from different bottle stored in the refrigerator. Editing based on the owner response. I did search and got the info that due to overfill the vials can be used for 10-11 people. But when the same was asked to the nurse she gave reply which was completely wrong and creates doubts in customers. Please instruct your staff to give proper information and not this kind of wrong info. If they don't know let them not give any wrong info instead check before giving the info from someone else.
I have booked vaccination today at 3-6 PM and they don't answer the calls and at last minute came to know that they don't have vaccine. Very bad experience, If they don't have slots we would have gone for some other hospital for vaccine slot. Since this one is booked I have not booked other vaccination slots offered by other hospitals.
Everyone should read this full review. I took my first dose of covaxin here on 10 July. Worst experience. The nurse was is a lot of hurry when there was no crowd at all. Probably I was the first person on that day. She didn't even bother to clean the site with alcohol before injecting. IMPORTANT : Then she gave it so badly that it hurt like hell. I have taken lots of injections earlier, it never hurt like this. To my surprise some amount of BLOOD came out, which is never supposed to happen with muscular injections. She didn't bother to put a bandaid. I had to ask for one. It was paining a lot. After that I fell sick for 7 days !!! continuous headache, body ache, and lot of other problems. I couldn't even move my arm for a week. I had to see a Doctor. THE DOCTOR TOLD ME THAT THE INJECTION NEEDLE HAD TOUCHED MY VEIN, and some amount of vaccine might have gone into my blood stream, whch is not supposed to happen, hence aggravated problems happened and I fell sick. It might also lead to BLOOD CLOTS. I don't know what kind of nurse they have kept. Has she even got proper nursing training ??????!!!!! Playing with people's lives. She wasted 7 days of my life with tremendous suffering. FAULTY INJECTION TECHNIQUE, faulty way of administering. The vaccine might not be absorbed properly too. I made it a point to NOT take my second dose here. I took it somewhere else, and absolutely no problem I had. This clinic and nurse should be sued.

Staffs are very good and friendly. They gave priority to my old parents and dint made us wait. I m very thankful to them. The nurse came out and gave vaccine to my parents in the car itself.
I have appointment for vaccination at 3 pm , owner is not picking call ,just want to confirm whether they have stock or not, i have to travel 25-30 km ,will someone inform whether center has stock for age below 45?
