I've been a member of this gym for a month now. If your budget is around 1500, you can definitely consider joining. The trainers are helpful, and the gym is fully air-conditioned. It provides a pleasant environment for females as well. The facility includes two washrooms and spans two floors. The range of equipment caters to various fitness needs. Additionally, there's ample parking space for both cars and bikes. Whether you're aiming for a healthy lifestyle or aiming to get as strong as the Hulk, this gym welcomes all. A very small gym.... and everyone cares only about their own session.... Once they start using a machine they will only give it to you when their whole set is complete. Not recommended if you don't have any other option.
This can be the worst gym you will find in gorakhpur. I had been there for a month and my experience was really pathetic. Gym is very small and there was difficulty in doing exercises. Most important, the trainers are of no use. They keep doing their own exercises and busy in chit chat with their friends. They play worst bollywood and haryanvi songs inside the gym. Trainers pay no attention to others and busy in themselves. I am talking this specifically about morning time. Evening I dont have any idea as I usually came in morning only since my office timings were different.
Whole month passed by, no one will provide you proper guidance for exercises and nutrition.
Avoid going to this gym.
