IP Royal Hotel - Hotel in New Delhi, Delhi - East, India

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The ambience was charming and relaxing, creating a perfect atmosphere for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impressive, adding to the overall positive experience. I can't wait to visit again!

I stayed at the IP Royal Hotel in Ram Vihar for two days. During my stay, the outside door lock was faulty, and despite my complaint, they didn't respond. When I left, I handed over my room keys for lock repair and room cleaning. However, upon returning, neither the door lock nor the room cleanliness had been addressed. I called again for room cleaning, but it didn't happen. Furthermore, the food quality at the hotel is subpar despite the high prices, comparable to a 3-star hotel. The service is also disappointing; even after placing an order, you won't receive anything until at least an hour. It's safe to say that the IP Royal Hotel's services do not live up to their name. These were my views, and I hope this helps clarify the situation.

Management is worst...spoiled my very important occasion With every possible way to turn into misery Ac wasn't working. Staff was literally sleeping Food got too late as well asked for non onion but even after properly guidance he made the same mistake twice...looks like he deliberately want to dump food he made Decoration time ended in mid of the function

Recently stayed in for 2-3 days and hotel is in perfect place . Great hospitality and rooms were clean and tidy . Highly recommended do visit

Fab hotel cheated us and alloted a room which was not clean and hygenic. Atmosphere was also not good. On our request they changed the hotel and charge the extra amount for change of hotel @ 1700 and room was also small. They charged extra 1 k for the room Upgradation.. Plus also not pr ovided breakfast which was there in original deal. Please look into these loot. A corporate customer would never try the fab hotel..

The hotel is clean and nice. If you book from Fabhotels (it is there under the name of Prime Shanit) in the room description it is given that the room would have an accessible balcony and a premium room would be given but when you reach the hotel they tell you that you will only get the basic room and not the one they have put up photos and discription of, that was really disappointing and false of them to mention a different room and when on arrival they provide a room which is totally small, with no ventilation and no space in the room.

The hotel is good, but the service is really bad. The staff was looking around the room all the time, and their gestures were not good. They were talking as if they were my friends, and I could hear the staff abusing each other outside the room. Moreover, I forgot my handsfree in the room, and when I asked the staff about it, they claimed that they didn't find any handsfree, which is not possible. Overall, it was a really bad experience.

The rooms look good , staff behaviour is also good , and most importantly the location,awesome location
