Iora Cottages - Nagaon - Hotel in Nagaon - Raigad, India

There should have been a provision to rate zero to this property! I am writing this because, I had booked this property for 2500/- per night and I had an horrible experience there. Very bad location- not even near to the beach, 1 km from the beach with no road It is outside the main village. The room was stinking. The concept of tank has got badly failed. It is not a stable structure at night and creates noise. I request all people thinking of booking this property, don't ever go for this one. If you are a family then please don't because people were smoking and drinking there when I reached. Totally bad experience! Don't go for it based on the photos posted by them.

Quiet hotel made out of containers , located at farthest end of Nagao. Rates are reasonable but can improve a lot on upkeep of property, cleanliness inside the rooms and in general hospitality. The hotel offers a great view of sunrise from the room window if you are on upper floor.

Horrible experience. No proper parking for cars just a narrow lane full of big rocks which is almost next to impossible for small cars to traverse. The rooms was smelly, dirty and not well kept. The bed linen and other clothing were soiled as well. The coordinators there were not helpful and rude. They had a 'don't care' attitude. I booked it online since the pictures shown there weren't as they are in real life. Ended up booking a different resort there in nagaon.

The worst place I have ever stayed, those containers are the worst concept ever seen, the containers are stinking bad and washrooms are unhygienic everything is just not good over here even when we walk in these containers they just creek every time, not at all good place to stay with family. Just the good thing about this place is the local chef who cooked the delicious continental food which we asked for. But the service and all is not at all good wont even prefer to look at these containers.

the location was too good and it was not that moist the air can we feel fresh and yes the farm is too good the hygiene should be the maintained .just everything was more better and my experience over there is too good thank you

The room was in a filthy state, very unclean and unhygienic. It was filled with lizards..near AC, and behind cupboard..there were spider webs, also the curtain rod was broken and there was no AC in bedroom, only AC was provided in living room so we had to sleep on floor. Also the location was in a very remote place which had no street lights nor network. Also, at the time of leaving the lady manager had the audacity to ask if we had paid for the stay. How rude and pathetic, will not recommend anyone to stay here..will advise fellow people out there to please put your money's worth in a good place.

It's a good place to stay , very quiet and peaceful. A perfect place for family trips or with partner. It is hardly 5-10 min away from Nagaon beach. Food is ok but bit on a costlier side quantity wise. There are no TV in the rooms but i don't think that would make a difference as i didn't miss that. Overall a great place to spend some quality time with loved ones. Specially if you love being at quiet and peaceful places then this is a place to visit for sure.
