I stayed at this hotel last year. The rooms are tidy and well-maintained. There is limited room service available. It's a comfortable option for a small family looking for a cost-effective stay. The advantage is its proximity to the beach, which is within easy walking distance. However, there is limited parking space. The staff is friendly and cooperative. Overall, it was a good experience.
When in Goa with family (kids), it may be hard to find a family hotel and this is the one budget stay you will love. At a stone throw distance from Baga Beach, you will enjoy it at this hotel. Although you have to walk more than half kilometre from the main road, I still recommend this for budget stay.
We were a group of 10 ppl and booked 3 rooms. staff is extremely polite and cooperative. Location is just a stones throw from the beach. Definately recommended
Hotel may be good but reception staff is rude and uncivilized. They don't know how to talk to customer. Pls be aware before booking the hotel. Safety is main and first concern for us and our family. #rude #unsafe #uncivilized

The location of the hotel is just awesome.U need just a couple of minutes to reach to the magnimous Baga beach.The manager is quite supportive and friendly.The food could be improved.
If you want sea beach and a budget friendly good hotel, ioara baga beach can be in your option. **The hotel is just a 100mt walk from baga beach **The rooms are really nice and big in the budget **The hotel boys are really nice, allways doing the job with a smile **The hotel is in a side place so you will find some peace also after returning back from party.. All things are good, only one MINUS point I will mention that the electricity issue..!! Yes in goa, number of times the current will be gone, and in that time in the hotel room the AC will not work,in some noon times this can make an issue. And their should be some aqua guard type facility in every block so that guests should not call reception every time for a bottle of water.. Thats all.. Rather than these points, this hotel will be very good in your budget..
It is very near to Baga Beach, Calangute Beach and Anjum Beach. The cost is bit high but the rooms are neat and clean.
