very poor service @IntrCity I had booked 1 tickets from Goa to Hyderabad 21Feb23 The bus left at 3.30pm from panjim within 1hour reaching amoda bus fail passenger all stuck forest area they don't have any backup they don't have extra water bottle customer care not responding
There is no intercity lounge at this place. It's just a pickup point on road for intercity drivers.
Reached 4 the destination 4 hrs late. On top of it, Worst bus maintenance. They didn't inform that their cabin gets water when it rains. When questioned they are saying the operator didn't care even after multiple complaints. All the clothes got drenched in water.

Super place to hangout. Free wifi, work stations for day travellers and also was offered a free coke as a inaugural offer. Best way to board a bus instead of standing out in traffic and pollution.
The absolute worst bus I ever took.. very hard to communicate to start with, followed by 1000 rupee penalties for uninformed rules , and no interest in helping and giving service .. run away
