FUYEZ ! Don't go ! Personnel desagreable et peu accommodant. Couvre feu a 21h30, etrange pour une auberge de jeunesse.... Arrivees a 20h30, nous revenions de 24h de train, nous souhaitions manger dehors (rien sur place), le gerant nous a clairement dit qu'il fermerait a 21h30 ! Chambre spartiate pour le prix, les fenetres ne ferment pas, il y fait un froid glacial. Pas de douche, juste un seau et un robinet, eau chaude a peine suffisante pour 1 personne. Si vous aimez les conditions extremes cette chambre est faite pour vous. Inadmissible.

One of the highlights of my stay at the hostel was the breathtaking view of the Himalayan mountain range from its terrace. I was mesmerized by the panoramic vistas of snow-capped peaks, including the iconic Mt. Kanchenjunga, which is the third highest peak in the world. The tranquil atmosphere and stunning natural beauty of the surrounding mountains added a unique charm to my stay at the hostel. The hostel also organizes various activities and events, such as cultural programs, treks, and bonfire nights, which provide opportunities for interaction and cultural exchange among fellow travelers from around the world. This hostel is situated near DRC multi level parking which is 15-20 mins walk from the mall. So, every time you want to go to the mall, you have to walk uphill 15-20 mins to reach there. Other than that, the hostel is pretty good considering the price point. Hot water is available - just ask the manager to turn on the geyser as the geyser is centrally controlled. They don't provide towel so carry your own. However, the blanket they provide is not enough even for March end visit. So, carry your own blanket. The bathroom is clean and there is a TV and an almirah in the room. Hope you enjoy your stay here.

We booked 4 baded room. It was spacious enough and the best part its balcony. Toilet is very small but neat and clean. The staffs are very helpful, though they are under govt. Its 10 mis walking from mall. Overall a good experience.

I stayed here two times. First with my family and then with my friends.The price is accessible but the property is not so hi-fi. Rooms are little bit absurd. There is no space in front of the hotel to park even your bike. Manager is quite good.

People are very nice. Rooms are not well taken care of. Broken tiles, chipped off paint and poorly lit rooms. Space is also extremely limited.

Good things- 1. Decent price, 460 per night for 3 sharing. 2. Good location, near railway and cab station. 3. Good staffs 4. Cleanliness. Improvement required: Personal Locker can provided. There was no dustbin in room and blanket quality can be better.

This is a great place to crash for a night and if you're the person who is travelling through. It gives you a basic room at a decent enough price. Nothing to rave about but yes it is economical. You get a geyser which functions during specific hours, hot water is available on request and meals are available on order in time. You get a good view from the balconies on a clear day and it is extremely central with less than a 2 minute walk to the railway station and 10 min walk to the main market. There is a reliance smart 2 mins away for you to purchase any groceries if you would like for yourself. Great value for money. Would suggest you carry your own bedsheet and a light inner to use under the blankets
