This gym is located in the heart of Kanjikkuzhy, Kottayam. All equipments are there for workout and professional trainer's available.

I have been working out here since the very first day of this gym that is Sept 2010 if I'm correct.. You have the adequate equipments here.. it was very cramped and congested during the early few years. Now they have solved that problem.. The fees is also affordable..overall I'm satisfied till this date.

I have been a regular gym goer for the past 10 years. Most of my I spend my time is in this gym. The trainers are professional, gym is clean and spacious. Recommended.

Small but decently equipped. It has quite a friendly atmosphere in my experience

Lots of equipments and proper guidance is provided here.
