This is one of the best Gym I Ever had in my entire life First of all i give a big claps to anish chetan And i would really thanks to bijith unni Such a good trainer and gopal ji too good trainers I am high satisfied with the facility in gym a lot of equipments and parking facility drinking water facility A Die hard core builder will really love this gym for sure who are ready to build muscles this is the best Gym i prefer i have been here for 3 years big thumps to international gym
Very good experience for those interested in a complete workout. Personal Trainers are available who do a very good job in getting you to lose weight and stay in shape. Plenty of assistance from other gym staff for those who don't want personal training but just want to do normal exercise.
Iam not a fan of international fitness gym chains. Their machines are built by them, unlike other gyms. Their machines are not the best. The worst part is they dont service their machines on time and most of the equipments are not working the way they are supposed to.. another major issue i have with their gym is Cleanliness !!! Shish. The gyms are filthy. Their washrooms even worse. The cheap rate gets them a lot of memberships. But this is what you get. This chain has huge potential if they manage it right. Hope they do someday.

Good place, non Ac, lots of equipments and machines. Spacious place to workout. Though they have variety of machines and equipments but they don't have manual squat rack there. Everything else is fine.
A no nonsense gym with just about enough things going without being too great. Non air conditioned. Trainers appear to be casual bodybuilders and not professionals. Might seem stuffy and crowded being the only relatively inexpensive gym in the area.
