Good and bad about #Alpha International City Karnal #Alphcorp management, GOOD 1. Amazing location. 2. Beautiful & well maintained greenery. 3. Well Maintained Alpha corp office. 4. Good reach and nice entrances. 5. Nicely appreciated property prices. BAD 1. Unprofessional management. 2. Sarcastic attitude & worst behavior of staff. 3. So stressful specially for residents because of surprisingly high maintenance charges. 4. Damaged roads since many years no repair. 5. Irregular electricity supply. 6. Parks are flooded during rain. 7. Highly expensive annual fee & usage charges for Alpha community center. 8. Security is horrible. 9. Street lights not working. 10. Stinking bad quality of water supply. 11. STP always choked.

The finest address to live in Karnal. Excellent infrastructure, huge parks, greenery and luxury all around. Well planned high security township. Great population mix with high gentry and educated class of people.
