Intercity International - Hotel in Dayalband - Bilaspur, India

Very good hotel in the small town of Bilaspur. Very spacious lawn for marriage and any other grand celebrations. Can accommodate at least 300-400 people. They have huge parking space as well. The hotel staff is hospitable. The rooms are quite spacious and decent.

Hotel was good. There are some feedback-1. If we book it requires to explain for breakfast and dinner that we have bought plan2. Atleast tea/coffee maker should be on room with sets of 2 coffee or tea products, because hotel shows under 4 star category.other things and hygiene was good. only tv was not working because of maintenance work going on.

it was a vey nice stay. Room's size was big and in terms of Aesthetic all the room stuffs were nicely arranged. Morning tea was vey good and it was complimentary... overall it was a good and satisfying experience..

Best hotel to stay with the budget ,staff are very friendly

ye 2nd time the hamara visit 1st visit bhaut accha tha.......lekin is baar jaane par bahar kaam chl rha tha toh thinner ka smell bhut a rha tha jisse aakhon me jalan ho rha tha....aur flush work nai kr rha rha...lekin baad me tik kr diya gya....Tv par wifi connect ni ho rha tha par baad me ho gya......aur floor par mopping ni hui thi aane ke baad hamne call kara tb mopping huioverall ye bolonga ki ye sb cheezo par hotel waale dhyaan de...services thoda slow tha is baar as compared to 1st time....

One of the best hotel experience I had in my life. Clean rooms, decent environment, reasonable rates, just loved it. Never expected such an incredible experience. Hats off to their hospitality, well mannered & polite staff. Food was great. Complimentary breakfast & railway station drop by the hotel was unexpected. And all this at a very reasonable cost. Thank you Team Intercity International for your hospitality! We'll definitely see you soon again.

I am very happy with my stay at this hotel, but I think the hotel certainly has rooms that can be improved. Here are my findings: advantage: Polite and humble staff. Reasonably priced for the comfort you get. Clean hotel and room service was very considerate. Room service takes care of your taste and health according to your wishes. The hotel is in a great location with a view. Zomato delivery is allowed at reception. They can host parties and arrange transportation at reasonable prices. Regular water is free. Cons: Bathroom is small. Toiletries are cheap quality. You may notice that the towels weren't very clean, but when I asked for clean towels, they shared fresh ones. You may hear some party noise and bass, which is typical of our hotel, but it's nothing to worry about. Room service is a bit slow during the afternoon and evening hours so be aware of the wait. Eating in the room is a little more expensive.
