Rooms are not up to mark. Towels not available, lock handle are getting jam frequently, breakfast is also not up to mark ( bas naam ke vaste de rahe hai ) . Very poor experience
Location is very good, walking distance from Karol Bagh Metro Station. Rooms are also nice but the breakfast was very bad. I might book again but won't add breakfast, better to buy from somewhere else.
Extreme slow service , rooms are smaller with very less movement space! Staff is pretty incompetent ! Had to call staff multiple times to handle luggage
Stayed here for a night. The hotel is quite near to Karol bag metro station, walking distance . By road, approach roads have traffic jams in pick hours. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is cooperative. Nice stay here.
Rooms are good but Staff isn't proper,food is not good they don't even change the used ones towels they fold them back as it is . Washrooms accessories aren't properly kept Didn't had a good experience .
The hotel staff is cooperative, and the food is good. Our Checking time was 8am but somehow we reached the hotel at 6:30am. They make us check in the hotel for the same time.

As usual your food was awesome specially butter chicken and breakfast was also awesome. Room was very cleaned and guest also discussed that your staff how they help to plug the heater. The residency location was very next to the famous Karol park Shopping street.. The rooms are Good but the bathroom was Very Small and Water flows very less from the Taps.. But the service was good, be aware, they Cost for the water bottles that they provide..
