I have visited this place for business purpose and I have observed that Hotel staff is good and cooperative .Hotel location is near by bus stand.but you can't get breakfast before 9.15am.food quality is okay okay.
Hotel is located near to bus stand rooms are good but not excellent.. Staff is good and helpfull but the front desk person Mr Deepak which is very much immature to talk and his way of talking to guests was not nice. Otherwise the stay at this hotel was excellent..
The hotel and food is good but the service is slow ambience is good . Rooms are neat and clean and fully ventilated . Location is also good you can also visit this hotel if you are using public transport (as it is near the bus stand) and if you are going there by own car then you can park your vehicle in front of park which is 80 meter away from hotel
I stayed here for 2 days, the hotel and amenities were all good. The rooms and washrooms were clean and well maintained. Soap and other toiletries were well provided. The staff was courteous but the service was slow. I also loved their themed restaurant. The hotel is on the road so it is easy to reach. Parking is available but you will have to park on the road outside the hotel only. All in all It was a good experience for me. :)
Counter staff behaviour is not good. Room service boy behaviour is good. Towel is of worst quality Toilet seat flush not working Location is too good just 50 meter from Bus stand
Improvement is required for room maintenance and room Service was not so good
Outside view is very amazing and beautiful, inner view is most premium place
Hotel is value for your money and even staff is well behaved,it is at a good location in the city and well furnished. Hotel provided all Amenities as showing while booking it is good travel experience.
