Had a great experience with the personal training. (Kunal) Extremely helpful for weight loss. The gym is satisfactorily equipped with good quality equipment. Also got a personal attention and customized diet chart which further helped and all of this was in a very reasonable rate. Over all had a great experience .

Worst gym ever , they don't keep cleanliness even ac's are not working its very crowded and equipment are broken and out dated

One of the finest gym i have ever seen in navi mumbai. The price is reasonable and you get trained by highly qualified trainers who are very supportive. Its specious, well equipied with equipments. Must visit to transform yourself and to build a healthy lifestyle.

IFC Koparkhairane branch 1) Air condition never works. 2) Though they advertise Steam and Massage facilities but its doesn't exist. 3) Zero Hygiene But good for basic workout and crossfit at affordable price.
