My case was scheduled for hearing today. The staff called me before the start and guided me on how to represent my case. They started on time and The Ombudsman patiently heard about my case. He questioned the Insurance company representative and sought their points for denying my medical claim. After discussion, the Insurance company finally agreed for compensation. I sincerely appreciate it and thank The Ombudsman for his clear understanding and helpful support for people like me to get justice and relief . Also I thank the Secretary and Staff for their kindness and support for people like me with no exposure to this kind of process, in getting relief and justice.
