You ought to change the receptionist. The person is extremely poor at organising timings. Does not follow a schedule in letting in the customers. Let being civil alone, I kept quiet. But there needs to be some sort of discipline in scheduling your customers as first in first out. Please do take into account the feedback.

Today me and my sister went to instyle for haircut. I really thought of writing this review because of the good experience I had. I was completely blank and had no idea which haircut I need to do but the stylist was so helpful that she suggested a haircut as per my requirements. Thank you so much.

Yesterday My wife went there for doing facial. She was really disappointed,their service was really bad. I will not reccommend this parlour. ((If you dont have enough time to do a work properly then you could have inform her before doing facial. The girl was doing her facial like a "speed challege" and finished everything within few minutes. ))

Sooooo bad experience. That employees are so rude too. Once I tried facial and there after pimples started. They are using outdated low quality products and even if we complaint to them, they will behave rudely.

Very very bad service i wouldn't recommend party makeup from here.i have done party makeup from their salon and it was very unprofessional they told ive to pay extra 500 for doing contouring highlighting the face and during makeup they didn't even do that and I've to tell them to do that.. And also without even setting the makeup they are going to send me back and also need to remind them for using setting spray. Very rude behaviour from the staff. They didn't even consider our suggestions. Overall it's very bad.

Worst experience ever...I did a facial from Instyle,and it was really bad experience., She finished facial within 8 minutes . And the results was very horrible .If I wash my face with a face-wash will give more results than this.
