This is one of the best hospitals in west bengal. I was there for one of my relatives after getting refused from other hospitals. Thanks to SSKM hospital (trauma care), now he is back to his family in good condition . About the service of the hospital, it's very good and the area is very clean. The hospital area is so big that if you go there first time you might get lost.

Recently I visited here and my experience was very good, this hospital was committed to providing the highest level of care and comfort.The doctors at S.S.K.M are not only incredibly skilled but also exhibit a level of compassion and professionalism that put patients at ease. They took the time to thoroughly explain Patient's condition & treatment options. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking medical care in the region.

The behavior of the doctor is very ridiculous... Very much..some illiterate doctor just shows their mood to you...if you just told them something without any reason for only because of their anger issues they discharge your patients and don't want to treat the patient.... It's a male doctor younger age.I will mension his name latter. Please report about this doctor. You are a doctor you should treating the patient well make them fully cured. Don't act like a monster to them and to their family they came there for treatment and in your anger don't sign in the discharge form Be a good human. Don't be the Monster or illiterate.behave like a human not like a ill dog. Shame on you.

One of the oldest and biggest, popular hospital in entire eastern India, maintained by West Bengal government / located in Central Kolkata / almost all services are free here / you can have best treatments here in kolkata but as it's a government hospital so it's not much clean than a private hospital and you have to face delay while checkups and to visiting doctors

Patients are not treated with care in any way. A patient is very lucky to see a doctor twice within 24 hours.Moreover, I think there is a need to keep the environment clean in the hospital.

Kolkata is the place where you will find some major Govt. hospitals and they are operation of of the major cases. SSKM hospital is the one of the major hospitals in Kolkata. It is true that it is very hard to get appointment here as there is always full of patients but their treatment is most advanced.

Don't know about the previous condition But now sskm has become very clean and clear as a government hospital it actually offers good and sincere treatment Doctors are sincere but I must mention some of them are not, some are extremely rude and ill mannered still I'm giving a 5star rating because luckily I got good doctor and service when I was in need
