The overall system is good, but the discharge process is too bad and wired process. The doctor verbally told yesterday, and today, around 10 AM, they have already given the official confirmation. But now it's 4.30 PM, and still, they are saying the discharge certificate is not yet ready. Then, the bill will be finalized and sent to the mediclaim desk for approval. They are still following the year old manual process to prepare the documents. Even the test reports are not yet available. We still don't know if the process will be completed today or not. This is not at all acceptable from this type of hospital who claims a higher level. The management needs to go through complete modification for their betterment.
Just one word Ink is pride of kolkata. I had a wonderful experience at the hospital during last 4 days. The facility was clean and well-organized, and my bed no was 619. The medical team showed exceptional expertise, and the doctors communicated clearly with me, I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical care. Bed-809 Dr Anindya Basu I was admitted for five days in I-NK, the doctor and nursing care, hospitality, food, clothing, cleanliness, every experiences i had are excellent and satisfactory except the discharge process taking long time .

Diya Costa Bed: 807 Doc: Dr. Pathak Feedbacks: Great service, very satisfied. Very clean environment. They provide everything you need. No chance to be bored because each room is provided with Tv. But there was no tissue on the washroom. I hope the management team take care of it. Overall: Very satisfied with their friendly services.
I was admitted in Institute of Neuroscience (bed- 516) under Dr Anindya Basu. I was experiencing severe pain and stiffness in neck and shoulder. I was suggested surgery by other doctors but Dr Basu treated me with only medicines and decided not to opt for surgery at such an early age (33years). I am really thankful to him and his team.
