My nephew went there for dengue treatment, from the 1st day , they were trying to scare us by saying that he needed an ICU. After admitting him to hospital, they did not stop but kept murmuring to take him to another hospital where ICU is available and we were afraid all the time. After not getting hope from them, Then we moved to Chittoranjan hospital and there they mentioned no ICU is required and he is now in good condition in Cittoranjan. Even they tried to force us to take the patient any where else. This is totally inhuman and not a doctor behabior. I gave 2 stars as they did initial treatment.

Institute of Child Health, I talk about some people they said me that it was one of the best Child Hospital. I go there for my sister son 5 years age on 12/11/2023 at 12 : 30 AM for dayariya, emergency doctors are available at hole night and they are good Doctors, but one of assistance are not know how to behaved and talk to patient party. Over all experience good.

Institute of Child Health is one of the Top Most Institution for child and Neonatal Care on West Bengal. In recent past Dr. Apurba Ghosh becomes the Director of this hospital. Many renowned doctors are attached to this institution. Earlier (1980-2000) few departments and facilities were available. However, in recent past nearly all Child Care Departments and corresponding Doctors are readily available. Also now MRI facility is also available. For Neonatal, Pediatric and Pediatric Care Neonatal ICU, ITU, Cardiac Unit, Gastro, Neuro, Nephro, Ortho, Allergy & Asthma, Dermatology, Chest, ENT departments are active in this institution. Nurses, Aya's, and Staffs are qualified and sympathetic towards patients. Obstetric and Gynecology department is also available here. For child care Mothers are allowed to stay with their child 24 hourly. There are few Chemist Shops just opposite to this hospital. A Canteen is available for patient parties and it is economical. Compared to other Child Care Institution Institute of Child is far far better in both for proper effective treatment and monetarily. It is much economical compared to any Nursing Home for children. Please note that they accept Sasthya Sathi Card.

Doctors are very good and caring here. 24*7 doctors available. If you don't mind the look just want good treatment for your child, visit here. My daughter was admitted here for 8days in 3bed sharing cabin. My experience was good here.

100% safe and secure for kids and children best for kids & children. Doctors behaviour is good but some doctors are not good , Special for kidney

Doctor's are very good, but some nurses behaviour are very ruf. Junior Doctors are very helpful. Nurses are needed to be more serious, careful and helpful about their job's.

The best attribute of this hospital is the availability of good doctors offering great treatment at very affordable prices. One can keep faith in the treatment offered when any child is sick in any manner whatsoever. Don't expect too sophisticated and professional services, trust the quality.
