There is no point in taking an appointment here. The wait time is around 3-4 hours even after you reach on time with a prior appointment. The doctor and staff are rude and do not feel bad for making you wait. My genuine suggestion would be to not visit this clinic as the staff & doctor lack basic etiquettes. I have visited the doctor 6 times and the experience gets worse with each visit. One more thing we noticed is the prescription has a standard template. Cosmetics and medicines are common for most of the patients. Three of my other friends with different concerns are consulting to the same doctor and we were all prescribed the same. Trust me !! Hyderabad has better doctors.

I arrived promptly for my appointment but ended up waiting for 3 hours. The staff lacked proper communication about the delays. Despite booking an appointment in advance, it seemed like my time was not valued. To make matters worse, the doctor I saw displayed an unacceptable level of rudeness. Not only did they fail to apologize for the extensive wait, but they also displayed a dismissive and condescending attitude , we got yelled to GET OUT of the premises as we asked that we should have been informed about the delays as we had other things scheduled for the day. She yelled saying each patient eats her brain for 2 hours. Their lack of empathy and willingness to listen to my concerns was deeply disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend hospital to others. There are plenty of other healthcare providers that prioritize patient satisfaction and provide a more respectful and efficient service.

Can't express in words the kind of bad experience we had at IACD and the Doctor there. They made us wait for an hour right outside the doctor's office while she was discussing politics, other doctor's behaviour, some tollywood actors' bariatric surgeries and bad food habits etc etc etc ... all GOSSIP!! while there were patients waiting outside- for a full hour!!! The conversation itself was very demeaning to many other well-reputed doctors in Hyd and also very famous Telugu superstars - it was absolutely irritating how a highly educated doctor can speak in such low terms about her own peers and other personalities. After the wait, the doctor consulted us for 15 mins and still distracted by her WhatsApp messages - we could understand by her conversation with her assistant that it was from her tailor and they were discussing her dress design and sizes ... with PATIENTS IN HER OFFICE, RIGHT THERE!!! Unbelievable! The doctor then suggested a procedure, applied a numbing cream and said she will do the procedure in 30 mins sharp and will take a total of less than 60mins in all. Now, she made us wait for 75mins with the numbing cream on face and just didn't turn up on time for the procedure. We were getting late and more worried that the numbing effects would ware off. After multiple reminders to her staff and requests to reschedule if necessary - she finally came in fuming and angry to the procedure room. When she started the procedure - as expected- the numbing effect wore off and there was unbearable pain!! Instead of giving confidence and calming, she just proceeded to load an injection to TO BE GIVEN ON THE FACE DIRECTLY- WITHOUT EVEN A HEADS-UP!!! When resisted and asked about what the injection is, which she never informed or given a heads-up, she just got pissed, threw the injection away and left!!! Asking us to leave. I've been to atleast a 100 different doctors in Hyderabd, India, and across the world for my kids, parents, myself etc ... but I'VE NEVER SEEN OR EXPERIENCED A WORST DOCTOR!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN WOULD I RECOMMEND IACD OR THIS DOCTOR THERE!! Please be careful!!

Extremely unprofessional to not honour appointment time, when you are the first person in the day. This is despite checking multiple times on the slot. So just left cancelling the appt as it is not an ideal set up for working people like me.

Do not waste your time coming to this clinic. The waiting time is ridiculous even after taking an appointment. The set of instructions they give for any kind of treatment is absolute joke.

If i could give I would give this IACD negative rating it's the worst clinic ever not recommended at all it has hours and hours of waiting and when I went for the treatment some working maid did the treatment which is totally illegal to do so and when I tried to consult the doctor she started yelling at me the doctor is totally unstable mentally don't go ever there is no cctv camera to record what all is happening there and the doctor totally seems like a psychopath highly avoid going to this place

I strongly recommend all who stay in Hyderabad, she is genuine and will give good medicine which will show the results 100%. I have been taking hair Treatment from 2014 and had no issues. Recently took treatment for melasma and that also is getting cure(70%). Dr Madhavi Latha is genius.

Absolutely worst doctor to consult with. Went there on time and had to wait for.more than an hour and they were having birthday celebrations. No apology and then they started misbehaving.
