It was very good pre COVID,now it's just an average cafeteria, COVID has ruined this place
Don't expect anything good here. Currently managed by Shetty and Sons. If you order same dish twice, quantity and quality will be miles apart. Tea is just hot water flavoured Cardamom or Ginger. Don't ask for Omlette or Half fry in breakfast, it's like we asked for his kidney.
Has really good food, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lots of options available for breakfast, 'puri bhaji' and 'poha' is very good. For lunch, various dishes are available, including Chinese. Non veg thali is also available, which is decent enough. Plenty of place to sit, discuss, or relax after class. CCD is also located conveniently opposite IC.
CCD is crowded in from 9am to 4pm. The food served is better than mess. Most of the professors can be found here enjoying a cup of coffee.
I was in BITS Goa for PS1 in Summer 2017. This place is a lifesaver for when the mess food sucks, or you want a change from it. There is a huge variety here and the quantity/price ratio is awesome. Do try the biryanis and noddles here.
The caterer is same as the C mess the food quality and taste is better than the mess. Snacks and main course is available here all days except Sunday.
