Pros: Gym is pretty awesome. The trainers are friendly and helps you while working out. Suggests the correct form and posture which i think is the key factor in the workout. If you ever want to enroll for PT sessions, I would suggest to take it from Mr. Prashant or Mr. Akash, because they are really the best trainers and much friendly than others. Cons: It would have been much better if the equipments were modern.

A fully equipped gym providing all the modern equipments. Trainers on floor are supportive and very professional. The best part is the planned activities they provide which keeps us motivated to hit back to gym always.
