The staff is either not knowledgeable or misleading customer deliberately by lying about the product. Why would anyone buy an overpriced phone which doesn't support headphone jack, offers limited repairability or data recovery, adds battery serialisation so as to prevent you from changing the battery yourself, does NOT offer Expandable storage (and icloud is anyways not secure), doesn't even provide file explorer access from laptop and LIMITS data transfer speed if you use a different cable!! They don't even have usb c which pretty much every other phone has. Half the questions went over the head of the representative and the other half he was guessing answers
Firstly they have wifi issue that makes getting any idea about the product a half effort. Secondly the staff isn't expert in the products displayed
Worst staff ever seen, they will make you fool with confidence and never make your return...Day before yesterday I purchased an iPhone from there and Yesterday I have noticed something wrong with it , Then I went there and told them about the problem , Nither they gave me another one nor they made give my money back ... I will sue them in court soon...

The experience here was not that bad but not good too. Staff was not very customer friendly. It was like he was there to buy and I had to convince him if there are any more options are available. Not much options got to explore. I had to search what I want and got it if available in display else destiny. If you have option to get things online or go to some other store I will recommend that. Lots of things were not available. You will get invoice on mail due to some machine issue. It might have been fixed but I had to call again to ask invoice. So no giving 1 because it was not so bad experience but rating says it all. It was no rush when I went so I don't know what would happen if you go in peak hour.
Firstly, I called on the given number but they didn't responded to my call... Then when I visited the store the executive was too rude to talk n didn't guided me properly... Worse Service ever.....
