Instead of 5 star I giving 3 star bcz they don't have bar, however its not removed from their site, no spa but they didn't updated on any site... So, no liquor allowed outside room. Otherwise property is very good and maintained... If their licence for bar is expired and they don't have bar they have to remove it from all booking site...

Head in dine was mr.suraj, also the service provided by mr.sufiyan, mr.vijay, mr.shivam and mr.vinayak .. i must say i had the best experience either it be for meal, or taking care of everyone arrived here in the property .. the best staff we ever met. Thankyou so much for such a lovely hospitality perfect family place with perfect taste, service and property

The hotel staff is excellent. The food is great. Pankaj part of catering team is very helpful. The rooms are nice and spacious. Negative points is the location as it's far fr0m city and no stores or restaurants are around. If you do not have own vehicle it can be a bit inconvenient. Also there is no network of Jio or Vodafone. The rooms also do not have any wifi access

Resort is under renovation and probably new branding too. Locations is good with specious rooms. Interior looked dated so mamagement would require alot of efforts to bring it into propor shape. Thank you for the service.

We shared two rooms on 13&14 August 2023,and we used only 80% of hotel service since Spa and Gym were not in service, food was tasty . Blanket supplied was not smelling good. Some dampness was also noticed. over all stay was satisfactory. Madam Deeksha at reception service was excellent, she is very active and humble.

We recently visited this place . Overall very satisfied stay . Location vise really good. Food is 5 star . Service wise really good . Rooms are spacious and very well maintained. I would 100% recommend to visit this resort . Thank you

Looking at the mixed reviews of this place, we thought of giving it a shot and give this property a benefit of doubt. Sadly, it turned out the bad reviews to be TRUE. Though the property is good with all amenities but IT IS NOT AT ALL MAINTAINED. The rooms are dimly lit, not very clean toilets and smelly rooms. Coming to the service, its horrible. It took them 1.5 hr to make 4 cups of tea and 1 cup of coffee and 1 plate pakoda. Even after given clear instruction the restaurant did not follow. After disobeying a customers request, their Manager Mr. Alok had the audacity to argue with us and ruined our stay and our holiday. NEVER BOOK THIS PROPERTY.

Clean Hygiene and well maintained resort, swimming pool is also good. Quick servic and food was okay. But worth spending 3k for stay.
